Conan exiles armor buffs update#
This update will add five additional pieces of legendary armor that deserve a mention. One thing to remember is that drop rates for legendary gear are low, so players may need to defeat the listed enemy or perform the listed action multiple times. I didn't do any for the Exile Epics, Learnable Armors, or Isle of Siptah. Since no one has done it yet, I made a spreadsheet for the new Armor Buffs in the Exiled Lands. Due to 3.0 changing how armors work I wanted to know my options. Only one upgrade can be added to each piece of equipment and they are permanent, unlike poisons or oils and cannot be removed or swapped out. I recently started a new playthrough and couldn't decide what armor to use. Much of the legendary armor grants a bonus to the wearer's physical attributes. Equipment upgrades (also frequently called kits or mods) are items that can be attached to armor, weapons, tools and shields to give them improved stats. The great thing about the armor in Conan Exiles is how much flexibility it gives the player when putting together a new build. The right armor can be the difference between coming home unscathed or with severe injuries and nothing for the player's efforts. Players can try to turtle up and build a strong base but at some point, everyone has to venture out to gather supplies.
